We were tasked with photographing and capturing Los Colibris’ restaurant vibe and feel. Los Colibris was a fine-dining Mexican restaurant located on King St. West. It was regarded as one of Toronto’s finest restaurant with Executive Chef Elia Herrera overseeing the kitchen employing family recipes from her shore-side hometown in Veracruz, Mexico.
